5. URNS
Funerary urns are used to store mortuary ashes after cremation of a deceased person. They can be made of various materials of various colours such as wood, metal or ceramics.
Funerary urns with ashes can be deposited in a burial chamber called columbarium, a specially designed place for keeping urns with mortuary ashes.
In addition, they can be kept at home or buried in the cemetery.
6. CREMATION
Cremation of a deceased person can be done upon the request of the family organizing the funeral or upon the request of a deceased person expressed during their lives.
Schedulling cremation of a deceased person is based on the following documents: death certificate, burial certificate, embalming certificate, a certificate issued by the Health and Antiepidemic Centre, (original and copy of) identity card of the person requesting cremation.
